امید به کایزن

سلام به مردم خوب سرزمینم.
ایرانی های زیادی در سراسر جهان در حال تماشاى این لحظه‌اند و تصور می کنم که خوشحالند. نه فقط به خاطر یک جایزه مهم، یک فیلم یا یک فیلمساز.
آن‌ها خوشحال‌اند چون در روزهایى که میان سیاستمداران حرف از جنگ، تهدید، و خشونت تبادل می شود، نام کشورشان ایران از دریچه باشکوه فرهنگ به زبان مى‌آید.
فرهنگى غنى و کهن که زیر غبار... سیاست پنهان مانده است.
من با افتخار این جایزه را به مردم سرزمینم تقدیم مى‌کنم. مردمى که به همه فرهنگ‌ها و تمدن‌ها احترام مى‌گذارند و از دشمنى و کینه بیزارند
